Don't waste your time or money!!!
*** Warning *** If you want your property worked on DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!*** In May we hired Hs Legal, Jawad Mahmood for the sale of our property. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE, I have to find a new solicitor today. I have had the buyer of our property, their broker and solicitor call and ask what is going on as they get no response from this company. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

If you haven’t given them money yet, RUN
A truly humiliating experience. Seemed to be okay before sending any money, as soon as we sent them money for searches they managed to lose our documents. We have received many calls from our estate agents and mortgage advisors claiming that they cannot get in contact with them. Never reply to emails, have picked up the phone to us 3/20 odd times.
Prior to instructing this firm they had great reviews, since then the reviews have been overwhelmingly awful.
