Furthermore, this bad situation that Antonio has created by not paying has increased my stress, seriously affecting my kidney cancer.

I have engaged Scornik Gerstein on behalf of one of my clients over 18 months ago in relation to a fairly straightforward visa application. Four months later, application has still not been filed; it takes multiple emails to get a single response; the company is unable to provide any clarity as to when the process will be completed. Would recommend to avoid.

After posting this review, I have been contacted by one of the partners in the firm, who has informed me that he is unilaterally terminating our engagement letter because of the (factually correct) review, despite the fees that were paid upfront. I don't think I have come across this level of unprofessionalism throughout my career. Would certainly advise anyone to stay well clear of this firm.
