If you are Spanish and you have any problems, DO NOT EVEN THINK about hiring the services of Scornik Gerstein and even less so Antonio Arenas.

We are Spanish and we hired the legal services of this lawyer and he deceived us and completely breached the contract.

We had to file a complaint with the legal ombudsman and after two years of investigation, he has ruled in our favor.

SCORNIK GERSTEIN had until today to return our money, pay us the interest that had been generated and compensation.

To date he has not paid us, acting in an unreasonable and unprofessional manner.

If you do not want to be deceived, do not hire the services of Scornik Gerstein.

Furthermore, this bad situation that Antonio has created by not paying has increased my stress, seriously affecting my kidney cancer.

I have engaged Scornik Gerstein on behalf of one of my clients over 18 months ago in relation to a fairly straightforward visa application. Four months later, application has still not been filed; it takes multiple emails to get a single response; the company is unable to provide any clarity as to when the process will be completed. Would recommend to avoid.

After posting this review, I have been contacted by one of the partners in the firm, who has informed me that he is unilaterally terminating our engagement letter because of the (factually correct) review, despite the fees that were paid upfront. I don't think I have come across this level of unprofessionalism throughout my career. Would certainly advise anyone to stay well clear of this firm.
