When I experienced the trauma of discrimination and being unfairly dismissed, Louise Maynard’s professionalism, knowledge, and determination ensured the best possible outcome for me in a settlement agreement, therefore avoiding the need to take my ex-employer to court.
She is like a trusted friend who will tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear, and will guide and support you through the roughest of times. Simply put, she is phenomenal.

Vicky is amazing!
I conacted her asking for advice regarding a situation I had been put in, and from the very beginning she was amazing!
She had all the information I needed to know, explained it well, in a way I can understand (I have ADHD so struggle at times)
Vicky was unaware of this, however that made the service even better, I didn't even have to explain that I needed things in simple terms, but she knows how complicated it can be when you hear all these new words, so she breaks it down and explains what it means.
Vicky will put a very careful eye over any paperwork you have and need checking or signing, she will leave no detail untouched.
Vicky also takes great care in making sure paperwork is worded in a way best for everyone.
I have heard about a lot of places that will just sign, to make it quick and easy, but Vicky proved that you can do the job quickly, but very efficiently at the same time.
If ever I had any further issues within employment, Kilgannon will definetly be who I come too, and Vicky will certainly be someone I ask for specifically.

Sally was brilliant, from her supportive approach with me as we identified what case we had to working professionally but tenaciously with my employer to reach a fair outcome. I would highly recommend Sally, for her capability but also making a very upsetting and stressful time feel bearable, she was absolutely lovely, and I am so grateful for the outcome she achieved.

Poor customer service. Very rude call handler. Spoke to someone 2 working days ago to find out cost and was given a single starting price point and I advised I would consider and get back to them. I called today and was told the associate was at full capacity and I only had the option of going with a partner at a higher price. The call handler said she would not tell me the capacity of the associates unless I booked which is the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard because as a potential client I should have full transparency of what would be available to me at the point of enquiry. Given only 2 working days went by it’s clear the associate was close or already at full capacity when I called so then the price point given was not accurate as this option was not available to me in any case. Just a waste of time! Unprofessional.
