    A massive thank you

    Gemma was truly brilliant throughout a lengthy process due to a couple of mishaps. She took the time to ensure we understood everything and when we met in the office we were able to do everything in person and understand all the paper work.     Purchase of Our First Home

    We recently purchased our first home and chose Wragg Mark-Bell as our solicitor. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, especially our allocated conveyancer Gemma. She explained everything clearly and was always very helpful whenever we had questions, making sure to keep us updated throughout the process. The whole process ran very smoothly and felt relatively simple and we are happy to say we’re now settled in our own very first home! I highly recommend using Wragg Mark-Bell as a conveyancer.
