In my view the key to a good outcome is finding an approach that best suits you and your family; one that achieves a sensible resolution, in the best possible way. I make use of resources such as life coaches, counsellors and facilitating face-to-face meetings and discussion, to encourage communication and early resolution. I am proud to be working with Tina in pioneering the one couple one solicitor model at One Family Law. This approach has the potential to assist many couples looking to divorce amicably, save cost and minimise the emotional trauma resulting from relationship breakdown. However, I understand that this approach will not be right for everyone.     Exceptional and highly supportive family legal support

    Victoria helped me enormously through a very difficult divorce. Her advice was supportive, direct and whilst strategic was also very caring with my children as priority at all times. I know for certain I was a high maintenance client as I was in a highly stressful situation however she was always available for advice and a rational approach when emotions were high.     Great support and smooth journey through my Divorce

    Victoria was amazing, after speaking to a number of lawyer, she made me feel at ease and was not trying to push me to do things I did not want to do. My divorce was a little complicated as split between two countries, but she was able to sail through the process without issues. The whole process was smooth, she kept me up to date with everything that was going on. I would highly recommend Victoria.

    Compassionate, Caring and Understanding Service

    Victoria helped me navigate an extremely upsetting and tricky divorce. She not only looked at the legal side of the process, but also the practicalities of my day to day life, and helped me put in place measures to ensure I could start transitioning to an independent live again.     I would absolutely recommend One Family Law LTD

    When I left my husband of 10 years I had no idea what I was meant to do legally, or how to even start the process of working it out. Victoria was recommended to me by a friend, and I don't know how I would be divorced and free of my marriage now if it hadn't been for her. Victoria was supportive, understanding and like a friend during one of the hardest times of my life. I really felt like she took the time to understand me and my situation, offered advice and guidance as well as looking at the next steps on from divorce such as a Financial Order.
