Eleanor joined the Nash Family Law Team in December 2015. She has over 15 years family law expertise including prenuptial agreements, relationship breakdown, cohabitation agreements and disputes, financial settlements and all matters relating to children. Eleanor has been a full member of the Law Society’s Children Panel since 2010 and is also a member of Resolution which encourages cases to be pursued and resolved in a non-antagonistic manner. Eleanor is also a Resolution Accredited Specialist for Complex Financial and Property Matters and also for Domestic Abuse. As a Resolution Specialist, Eleanor has demonstrated her knowledge and abilities in the selected areas through a rigorous assessment process. Eleanor is a trained Collaborative Lawyer, and is able to offer clients the opportunity to resolve issues and disputes through the collaborative process rather than through Court proceedings where appropriate. Nash and Co, and particularly Eleanor Barber took me from an almost impossible place to proceed from, to regular contact with my son. Which I hasten to add is going very well.�Eleanor's a very impressive person and lawyer. She's without doubt, the best advocate I�ve ever met.�She spoke excellently for me.

The work and support I received from this Solicitor's Firm has been nothing short of top class. If you don't understand the law like myself then they will make things clear so that you get a better understanding. Eleanor Barber was outstanding, knowledgeable, ethical and very reassuring. I had a highly emotive family matter but not an abundance of finances to sponsor a legal case. I was unsure of appropriate next steps. Eleanor suggested that my only option was to pursue a court order. Not only did Eleanor provide her sound legal perspective on the matter, but rather than direct me to spend money on legal representation (which of course would have benefited her), reassured me that based on my state of mind and the research I had conducted thus far, that I would likely be fine representing myself in my case. Highly, highly recommend Nash & Co and can very much recommend Eleanor Barber.
