First class service

The time had come to review the wills David and Claire had prepared for us four years ago. What a pleasure to be able to have a pleasant and easy going conversation and expert advice, in plain English, from the same highly professional team, followed up by prompt action and dispatch of our now updated wills. Many thanks.

Probate & House Repossession Issue

My family were actually advised to contact Nash & Co via another Solicitors firm and we are grateful for the recommendation. We were given full advice on how to proceed with our issue in a professional yet friendly manner.

In particular we would like to express our thanks to David Cornelius, he had to explain some very complex issues in laymen's terms so that we could fully understand our options.

He liaised with other agencies to ensure he had a full understanding of our situation so that he could advise us on the best possible way forward whilst also explaining the positives and negatives of each option. This allowed my family to make a fully fact provided decision on a rather difficult situation.

I would happily advise anyone who has need of either Probate or Disputes with companies related to this particular especially if like us they are in the situation of an intestate will. Equally should we need any further guidance we will contact them in the future.

Thank you David for all of your help it is very, very much appreciated.

Use twice, very happy twice

I came to Nash & Co through a recommendation, which they thoroughly lived up to. During my first purchase with them I was very stressed out - calling Amanda at least once a week. Despite this she remained friendly, cheerful and professional throughout - long after I would have lost patience!
My second purchase has been quite complicated, but Amy, Alia and James have doggedly stuck with it, sorting out a lot of complicated detail for me in a calm and professional manner despite quite a bit of pressure from the other side. I'm completely happy with all the work done on my behalf.
Special mention to Claire on reception who is also super-helpful. This really is a firm where proactive, helpful and friendly professionalism is the ethos going all the way through. They make me feel included but also supported and protected, which is pretty much what I want from a lawyer.
Can't recommend enough.

I would 100% recommend Nash and Co and especial Amy Paterson and her wonderful team.

Yet more first class service!

Following on from my previous review -
The sale of my business lease has just completed. From beginning to end the transaction was dealt with in the highly professional, smooth and efficient manner that I always find when using Nash & Co. It was easy to contact my solicitor but to be honest, I didn’t need to because my solicitor, Chloe Hamblin, kept me fully informed throughout the whole process (ably assisted by Sharon Hall, her legal assistant).
The next time I need legal assistance for any matter, I will not hesitate to once again use (and to highly recommend) Nash & Co. The Teams always provide that ‘personal touch’ that make them stand out.
