If I have been impressed with a business I do take the time to write a review but only the one. I am so impressed with the consistently high level of service I have received from Nash & Co that I am now submitting my third review! Over the years I have used Nash & Co for Wills, probate, selling a house, buying a house, selling my shares in a business and most recently, inheritance. In particular, I would highly recommend David Cornelius and Amy Douch. Their professionalism, knowledge, skill, interest, friendliness plus availability is outstanding. At no time have I felt hurried and I have always felt confident to ask for clarification when things were not clear to me. As I previously wrote, this is my third review and I have taken time to write it because I wanted to highlight the consistently high standard of service - thank you David and Amy. When I use Nash & Co I am confident that my matter is in the best (and safe) hands. (I am not related to any member of staff!)

Probate & House Repossession Issue
My family were actually advised to contact Nash & Co via another Solicitors firm and we are grateful for the recommendation. We were given full advice on how to proceed with our issue in a professional yet friendly manner. In particular we would like to express our thanks to David Cornelius, he had to explain some very complex issues in laymen's terms so that we could fully understand our options. He liaised with other agencies to ensure he had a full understanding of our situation so that he could advise us on the best possible way forward whilst also explaining the positives and negatives of each option. This allowed my family to make a fully fact provided decision on a rather difficult situation. I would happily advise anyone who has need of either Probate or Disputes with companies related to this particular especially if like us they are in the situation of an intestate will. Equally should we need any further guidance we will contact them in the future. Thank you David for all of your help it is very, very much appreciated.

This was a completely outstanding experience for me in Canada. Nash & Co. handled a sudden family death and their estate in the UK with efficiency, integrity and honesty. From the first phone call I was advised in a professional and understanding manner by David Cornelius, Partner & Solicitor, who put me at ease as he explained that they could handle everything. To my relief he was true to his word. For all that was involved I found the cost reasonable and I would highly recommend this law firm.

I recently used Nash & Co. for advice on and drafting documentation to resolve some complex trust law and inheritance tax issues. David Cornelius and Amy Douch were good communicators and gave excellent advice - and after careers in both accountancy and the law I know the difference between good and bad in this field! They gave reasonable fixed fee quotes and completed the work promptly. I would definitely use them again. I also used Nash & Co.'s conveyancing team for the sale of a residential property owned by the family trust. Conveyancing is a bit of a commodity product and it is difficult to differentiate between firms. The team of Amy Paterson, James Kerswill and Amanda Pickman stand out for their prompt, clear advice and speedy turnaround of documents and enquiries. If one member was away from the office another could, and did, pick up the file and do whatever was needed to prevent the sale from stalling. This was clearly not happening with the solicitors used by the purchaser. Nash & Co. were not the cheapest quote I obtained for the sale but given their performance I would say their fee was good value.
