Selling and buying is regularly referred to as one of the most stressful things to do and ours has been no exception to this. Despite having unforeseen complications in both our purchase and sale, Amy and James have been a great duo in getting everything sorted. They kept us informed and regularly spoke to us to ensure we were happy with how they proceeded on our behalf from taking instruction to completion and even beyond following further issues. Would highly recommend.

Use twice, very happy twice
I came to Nash & Co through a recommendation, which they thoroughly lived up to. During my first purchase with them I was very stressed out - calling Amanda at least once a week. Despite this she remained friendly, cheerful and professional throughout - long after I would have lost patience!
My second purchase has been quite complicated, but Amy, Alia and James have doggedly stuck with it, sorting out a lot of complicated detail for me in a calm and professional manner despite quite a bit of pressure from the other side. I'm completely happy with all the work done on my behalf.
Special mention to Claire on reception who is also super-helpful. This really is a firm where proactive, helpful and friendly professionalism is the ethos going all the way through. They make me feel included but also supported and protected, which is pretty much what I want from a lawyer.
Can't recommend enough.

Would 100% recommend
Amy and James dealt with the recent sale of my property and the purchase of our new home. The service and communication was impeccable and they were always at the end of the phone or happy to chat face to face whenever I had queries. Excellent experience with Nash and Co solicitors
Our experience with Nash and Co solicitors was fantastic!Amy and James answered all our questions,of which we had plenty as a first time buyers,really quickly and they handled all paperwork in efficient manner.Quick response on our calls or emails.Also the Nash and Co app was a great way to see the progress of our purchase and laid out the steps clearly.We would definitely recommend and would use again if we need.Thank you very much for the great experience!

Seriously impressed
Everything moved very quickly. Amy and the residential conveyancing team were very reassuring and helpful. The app was superb - I wish we had known about this for our last house purchase - seriously impressed with that. Highly recommended.

Superb customer service
Can't recommend Amy Paterson and the conveyancing team enough. Got us to completion much quicker than we anticipated, and we love the mobile phone app - and didn't have to pay anything more for using it. Superb customer service.

Absolutely terrific throughout
A superb law firm, with some lovely people working there! They helped us sell our house and move into a bungalow nearby and were absolutely terrific throughout. I genuinely couldn't have asked for more. Emily, James and Amy were all extremely helpful.

Quick and professional
Amy and the team were incredibly quick and professional in their help of a simple house purchase and sale. Amy and Alex (and the rest of the comveyancing team!) acted for us on a purchase. They were all a real pleasure to deal with. They kept us constantly updated, at every step of the transaction, with clear and concise advice. If we had any questions, they were responded to promptly, which from my experience is rare from solicitors. They were fabulous and I will recommend them to friends and family.
