Amy joined the Private Client team in June 2022 having previously worked at another local law firm for over 10 years where she trained and qualified as a solicitor. During her time in this firm, Amy gained valuable experience in several different departments which has allowed her to develop her legal knowledge and skill set. Amy has practiced as a solicitor in Private Client since 2018 and can assist you with the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and estate administration. Amy appreciates how difficult, and, in some instances, emotional certain matters can be for her clients, and Amy strives to provide the best possible service in a professional yet approachable and friendly manner.     Brilliant from start to finish

    We highly recommend Amy who dealt very efficiently and professionally with the transfer of our mother-in-law's Personal Protection Trust. Amy managed to put us all at ease from the outset and this did not change throughout the whole of the legal process. All correspondence was answered in a timely manner and more importantly, in a way that we also understood. Thank you so much, Amy, for your fantastic hard work in concluding this matter so swiftly also. We wouldn't hesitate to use Amy again in the future and would highly recommend her to family, friends and everyone else for that matter.

    Nash and co really helped me out of a tricky situation with a land registry ID1 submission at short notice. Very reasonable price too which shows they care about the customer. Very impressed with the whole experience.

    If I have been impressed with a business I do take the time to write a review but only the one. I am so impressed with the consistently high level of service I have received from Nash & Co that I am now submitting my third review! Over the years I have used Nash & Co for Wills, probate, selling a house, buying a house, selling my shares in a business and most recently, inheritance. In particular, I would highly recommend David Cornelius and Amy Douch. Their professionalism, knowledge, skill, interest, friendliness plus availability is outstanding. At no time have I felt hurried and I have always felt confident to ask for clarification when things were not clear to me. As I previously wrote, this is my third review and I have taken time to write it because I wanted to highlight the consistently high standard of service - thank you David and Amy. When I use Nash & Co I am confident that my matter is in the best (and safe) hands. (I am not related to any member of staff!)

    Amy Douch helped us remove a house from a trust and was very helpful and very patient. We knew nothing about it so she had a lot to put up with from us.     I highly recommend Amy at Nash & Co. Solicitors for any Trust work. My parents each had Trusts set up by McClures which are no longer trading. Jones Whyte took over these and after an email conversation confirmed they would charge (not a small amount) just for them to assess how much work would be involved in doing anything with the Trusts. Whilst this would be offset if we did take things forward with them, they could give no other indication of costs until this review had been undertaken. This felt very unreasonable given they opted to take on the business when McClures disappeared. After undertaking some researched we came across a Facebook group and Nash & Co Solicitors were mentioned as a firm that could help. We were hesitant at first simply due to proximity, but Amy was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. From our initial contact with her we felt in safe hands with someone who knew what they were doing and truly cared to ensure we had the right outcome. Amy laid out the options and in our case we decided to keep the Trusts. Amy was always helpful and answered every query in a timely and open manner, nothing was too much trouble through the process and her fees were exactly as confirmed at outset, with no hidden costs snuck in, Amy even suggested how we could save money in the process. We would highly recommend Amy and her team at Nash & Co if you discover you have an ex McClures Trust. We are also considering Nash & Co for other legal work.

    We instructed Amy Douch after we discovered my mums will was written by McClures solicitors who went bust. Although this process seemed daunting with the horror stories we read about McClures, Amy provided us sound advice and dealt with the case with ease. Cannot recommend Amy enough if you require probate support and particularly if you are wrapped up with McClures issues.
