Jamie, you�re a brilliant lawyer, I think your first letter blew me away how clever you were, (even the Lawyers of the insurance company who I approached said it was awesome), I really liked how easy you were to talk with and how understanding you were, it was my first experience like this so appreciated that you were relatable too.
