Mr Shah was a great pleasure to work with . He was very informative, approachable and is very efficient in ensuring the correct document was signed and the appropriate searches were carried out.
Having never purchased commercial property before i was surprised at how much more legal work is required, Mr Shah was able to guide me through the process so that i was able to carry on doing my 'day job' without any disruption.
i will definitely contact Mr Shah again when i look to purchase another property.
