This was a long drawn out sale, the buyers solicitor was asking all sorts of non sale related questions that tested the patience of both us as sellers and our solicitor.
Emma was excellent at communicating with us, she always answered phone calls and emails, she explained things in nice simple terms when things weren't going so well.
I would highly recommend Emma as your conveyancing solicitor.

We completed the sale of my mum’s house on 28th May after a year on the market and 2 sales falling through. Michael has been our solicitor throughout the whole process and I cannot rate him highly enough. He is extremely efficient, responds immediately to any queries and his professionalism is second to none. We have been so grateful to have him guiding us through what had been a very difficult year.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michael to anyone and if we ever have to go through this process again, he will be the first person we’d call.

I have been using CTT for over 10 years, most recently this morning. There is no doubting CTT's expertise. I have on occasion found things have taken a little longer than I would have liked in one department, but I know they've been putting in measures to speed things up, and this was demonstrated in my most recent workings with them. I was very impressed with the representative I have been dealing with this past week and this morning and good to see that as well as being technically excellent, things are being dealt with again quickly.
