Amazing Emma

Emma was pivotal for the successful purchase of our first home. Emma went above and beyond even out of hours. Both Oliver and I felt at ease by Emma’s explanation of the process and were always kept updated regarding any developments. Emma helped us to remain composed and level headed despite the incredibly stressful situation the seller put us in. We felt like Emma was always supporting us and fighting our corner. I have rated 4 stars rather than 5 purely because thus far we have not been able to process the sale which is no fault of CTTLaw but clearly as the transaction is at present incomplete a little premature to give 5 stars! The service given by Leoni was beyond reproach, in contrast to the ''bungled '' frankly awful experience provided by Spencer Tatum of Countrywide which caused financial and emotional consequences that no doubt though unintended, added up to an awful experience. I sent close to 100 emails in an attempt to achieve what needed achieving which ultimately Andrew Drakes has since successfully concluded.

I used Ctt law on advice from my financial adviser. The house I was selling was in trust with Countrywide and the advice was that Ctt law would have knowledge of the trust.
My experience with Countrywide was not good, I found them inefficient, careless, several mistakes in communicating with me. My son has an ongoing complaint with them.

Emma from CTT was the conveyancer of the sale of my property and the purchase of the next and was absolutely fantastic. I have no doubt the sale/purchase process would not have gone through so quickly and in before Xmas without her. We are both very very happy and have recommended her and CTT to many friends and family.

This was easily the best experience I've had and have heard of from a conveyancing service, emails were answered in minutes and a physical location at the top of Leamington really helped with signing paperwork etc.
