    McHale & Co provided excellent service at a difficult time

    McHale & Co, in particuar Olivia Hulme and Nicola Nolan, helped me with the sale of my house and the distribution of funds after the sale between myself and the estate of my late partner. During quite a lengthy process I received an excellent service and was kept informed of all procedings in a timely and professional manner. i would have no hesitation in using them again in the future.

    As friendly as they are helpful

    Paul was absolutely brilliant. This was my first time speaking with a solicitor so was a little unsure what to expect, but he instantly put me at ease. His advice was clear and helpful, but it was his friendly, down-to-earth manner that I really appreciated. Highly recommend.

    Contentious probate

    From the very start of my complex case, Paul Fitton was open and honest about the possible outcome whilst at the same time being sensitive to the grief I was going through. He shared all email communications between himself and the ‘opposing’ solicitor with me and knew exactly which tone to use for each one. The case was quite a long one, drawn out one, but earlier this year Paul managed to secure most of what my Mums last wishes wanted for me.
