Awful
Lucy stated that I wouldn't be allowed a copy of my ex mother in law's will because I "wasn't named on it" I told her my archivist friend I mad e while working at The Bodleian Library told me this was incorrect and that anyone can get a copy online by paying as long as the will had been proved. This turned out to be true and I got a copy for £1.50 showing my ex's mother' in law's estate is worth £666, 000 between my ex husband and his 2 siblings.He's a very dishonest crafty man who's lied to the police soc service, teachers GPs etc since 2003 and in court since 2004.He s purposely left things out of form E and taken age s to do it and still hasn't sent us things and not mentioned his mothers will money - left that box blank..I asked Lucy to be specific and say that I have evidence of accounts he had when married eg nat west current and deposit so can he pleas e prove they are now closed or if not send us last 12 months statements but she wants to be vague in the letter and say "Do u have any nat west accounts" .I told her he would lie unless we show him we know he has and give the account numbers. She now asked me to find another solicitor after calling me unreasonable for asking things like this when Rights of Women said it's entirely reasonable .She promised 5 weeks ago to blank out time to go through his Monzo single column 12 month bank statement and I've asked 4 times this week (after patiently waiting over 4 weeks) if what she found added up and she keep s failing to tell me.Lucy keeps not replying to my email or phone calls. I've waited about 5 week s for her to send my lying ex husband this letter with questions on the Form E as he has left out so many things and written "to follow" and not disclosed all his accounts which I knew he had.Now she's ignoring me again because she know s I've frantically had to find myself another solicitor.I need Lucy to show me this after I've waited 5 week for it and send it today so I don't have to wait any longer in this jointly owned house which he s made me pay everything for out of my benefits since 2004.I can no longer afford to live here or the repair bills and the stress of seeing my children's stuff and empty bedrooms after he stole 2 of them in 2017 an d 2021 is making me ill. I've told her this but she hardly ever replies.Shes finally emailed me and state d she s not doing the letter now since I've instructed a ne w solicitor from yesterday evening .But she is the one who told me to! I'm so upset. Now I've got to wait even longer for my ex to be sent a letter.Ive had Lucy since March and this is only as far as its got.I m so upset.

Friendly, Reassuring and Professional
Alletsons represented me for my divorce, negotiating the assets and financial side of the proceedings and made the process very easy to understand and as smooth as possible. Divorce family matters
Awful solicitors, don’t follow instructions miscommunication submit things you haven’t approved can never get hold of them.

Friendly and supportive, a great team.

No help or response when needed.
Following our initial "free" consultation, and an application for legal aid required, we were unable to converse and had no response to emails sent. Despite a Court date being sprung on us, still no help or advice was given. Extremely disappointed and now wish we had gone elsewhere! Will never use again.
