I cannot stress how much I appreciated the service from Helen Kent. She helped to get my purchase completed in time, kept me informed and took time follow up on any queries I had. Buying a house and moving is really stressful .. but it was Helen’s approach that made it less so . If I move again I wouldn’t consider using anyone else.

A house move is potentially the most stressful time of our lives. Trying to beat the labour deadline for an increase in stamp duty just triples that. But Helen Kent and her team, phenomenal. I had a hiccup at the start where I missed some paperwork requests, but that was no problem at all. You chased me, and everyone involved and ensured we were in time for the deadline, and kept me in the loop right up until I had the keys in my hand. Thanks so much!
