Brilliant and easy to work with
We used callum on our sale and purchase of our family home and although things did not go smoothly all the time, Callum always made it easy for no matter what problem came up, brilliant to work with.

Exceptional Service
Callum helped us with the selling and purchase of a new house for us. He was on top of everything from start to finish. Callum would always make sure we were up to speed with news and replied instantly to emails and was always available for a call to chase the other end of the sale. I would highly recommend the team at Atkins Dellow (it’s the second house we have purchased through them and they have done our Will). Callum is a top solicitor!

Great customer care
Callum assisted with the purchase of a new build property and was highly efficient, took care in his work and in making sure we were supported throughout the process. He was extremely professional and always happy to help with any queries.

Lovely, personable, professional service
Callum was lovely first and foremost and I particularly appreciated how sensible and honest he was throughout. He was also very sympathetic, extremely patient explaining everything fully and when I didn’t understand – explained it all again! I was very impressed by his knowledge and professional ‘no flannel’ approach. I really wish him well and hope he continues to be such a fabulous solicitor and asset to Atkins Dellow (and the profession doesn’t change him!)

First Property Purchase! Absolutely Fantastic!
Callum came highly recommended to us for the purchase of our very first home. We are so pleased with the service we received. Callum was attentive, friendly, kind, very knowledgeable and was always willing to help us. He went above and beyond, and collaborated with the estate agents and our mortgage advisor and between them the whole process ran smoothly. We would definitely recommend Callum and Atkins Dellow.

New House by the sea.
Very professional and extremely helpful from start to finish. Even my estate agent said Callum was the best solicitors she's dealt with,always did exactly what he said he would do..They made buying in a different location easy for an elderly person. Zack and Callum were always there to help make it easier for me.Thankyou for making the whole experience a less stressful one ..Good luck for the future.

Fantastic service!
5 stars are not enough for this review, highly recommend Atkins Dellow! I recently sold my house and also brought a new house. The whole process was delt with Callum Morton, he was absolutely fantastic in dealing with everything! His professionalism, communication, knowledge and advice was first class and I couldn’t thank him and the whole team any more, they were brilliant! Also a mention to his colleague Tricia Sandry who kept me updated and informed on a couple of matters in the last week leading to exchange and completion, like Callum she was great in the process. Best of luck to them and everyone else in their careers.
