Buying your first property is always daunting but Kieran was extremely clear and explained everything to me in person and on the phone, ensuring I understood every aspect of the purchase. Whilst the purchase took a lot longer than I expected, it wasn’t due to Jackie & Kieran - the seller changed solicitors half way through and they were extremely slow at responding. Jackie & Kieran we’re great and even came up with a solution regarding a flue pipe that needed to be moved POST sale (as it wasn’t done in time of the purchase). Something that I didn’t know was possible and saved the sale. Like any firm - you do need to call and chase things but I was very happy with Batchelor Sharp and would definitely recommend them.
