Do it use tms as I did and fell foul to their S c a m. I was owed a n amount and then tms took their chunk and I recieved nothing except a bill for over £900 and they took the whole refund

I seen an advert on social media and decided to go ahead and fill out a form to see if I had a case. Never did I think I'd have actually got money back from an old finance agreement but I did. Was kept fully informed and today received a nice sum of money straight to my account. Pretty fast and very easy to do, would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Ok so it started out with my having been defrauded by Moneybarn over a car which ended up voluntarily handed back a mistake in itself I found out later as fraudulant was caused in this as well so I looked online for details of my rights and up popped TMS legal as claiming against Moneybarn for these kinds of claims however all I got was not being able to contact them, no professionalism or updates unless I went round the houses to get through somehow to someone to get an update and then only to find that the update meant I had to do all the legal casework and win the case myself however even though TMS legal did absolutely nothing they were still due to their agreement allowed to steal essentially now 45% of my money, my compensation I find this quite abhorrent since their extortionately high fees are supposed to be so we can relax and let them do everything not us have them steal even though we had to do all the legwork ourselves the same as if we had simply not contacted TMS legal in the first place! DO NOT TOUCH WITH A TEN FOOT BARGE POLE FILING CRIMINAL CHARGES AND LOOKING TO HAVE THEM DISBARRED!!

I went through tms legal as I had finance with moneybarn I came across tms legal just by chance they was very helpful I didn't expect to get anything from the outcome but I did and was very surprised when I had something come through which has helped me out alot I can't thank them enough if you have had finance with moneybarn please go though tms legal you will come out a winner 👏👏

Had a claim with Vanquis credit card and this company wants to take the whole redress money plus charge me on top of what I won on the claim and leave me owning them money.

These people rely on scamming the victims they use high court ruling and exploit them they hunt victims of previous unlawful acts and then do exactly the same as these ppi and over charging company. These people are living the lives of luxury extorting and causing further distress and misery. They are they type of company you see people in articles for typical low lives. They are the company's you will end up seeing on watch dog. I would suggest anyone that has been conned by this company to report them and lunch civil court action apply to the high courts so these people have to pay back every penny they have stolen from peoples compensation or refunds from ppi company's and money barn. You can call money barn yourself and make your complaint for your refund these people stole £2500 awarded to myself from over paying high Apr and then sent me a bill saying I owe them £5k and they are keeping my fefund from money barn so every penny that I paid money barn over the legal amount tms legal have kept for their self I now taking action via high courts against tms legal I strongly believe anybody that has had any dealing with the should take them to court in this day and struggle company's like these bogus low life's need to be stopped their whole life is built on exploiting vulnerable people in vulnerable situations.

Do not use these people they lie about your circumstances to secure compensation then keep the compensation awarded to you for their self and send you a bill for more money. So the excess money you have paid out your pocket that is awarded to you because these companies over charge you. Is then kept by these people and you end up in another unaffordable debt to them. They then thread to take your car that you have been allowed to keep because you have paid the value for. So they are basically robbing what you have paid for your compensation all whilst claiming they are helping you with the company that overcharged you in the first place. Basically what the courts are ruling against is exactly what they are then doing using the high court rulings do not use this company under any circumstances
