Ours was an unnecessarily long and convoluted experience, due to the obstructive behaviour of the seller. Hunter and Robertson eventually got the deal done and we purchased the land. We are grateful was the patience that Terence showed. We felt the communication was poor from the support staff at some of the critical times, but some of this was due to the seller’s tactics and behaviour. Overall, we are happy with the service and have recommended Terence to a friend who wishes to purchase land.
