Who say's buying a house is difficult?!
I can't thank Janine enough for guiding me through my first purchase ; I had been recommended
W & AS Bruce by my uncle, as he had instructed them on previous occassions. Janine and Sandra were first class, they made the process very easy and hassle free, from placing the offer to carrying out the conveyancing - very efficient communication and fantastic overall experience.

Very efficient
I used their services in a recent house purchase. They were extremely efficient and professional. Getting a hold of them was simple and they always communicated with me in a way that I was able to understand (I sometimes find solicitors speak to you in solicitor language!). I would highly recommend them!
