Outstanding Legal Representation – Bradley Hayes & Chloe Fenwick
I cannot thank Bradley Hayes and Chloe Fenwick enough for the outstanding support, professionalism, and dedication they showed throughout my case. I was charged with Assault by beating by and pleaded not guilty on the grounds of self-defence. The case was then listed for trial. Bradley took on my case at very short notice after my original solicitor had other professional commitments on the day my trial was scheduled, and from the very beginning I felt I was in extremely capable hands. Chloe Fenwick was in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. She knew how nervous I was, as this was something I had never experienced before. Her understanding, patience, and perfectionist approach immediately put me at ease. She made sure I always had the information I needed, answered every question clearly, and reassured me whenever I felt overwhelmed. Chloe is going to make an amazing solicitor and is an absolute credit to Forbes Solicitors. I met with Bradley Hayes around a month before the trial and he explained everything clearly. Bradley was firm but fair, extremely professional, and fully prepared me for the day of Trial and what to expect. On the day of the Trial I was extremely nervous, but both Bradley and Chloe made sure they were there early to run through everything with me and explain exactly what was going to happen. This was one of the most important things for me in feeling ready and supported. During the trial, Bradley was exceptionally professional, and I was genuinely in awe of how he conducted himself and how well prepared he was - his closing speech was exceptional. While I did well myself, without the support of Bradley and Chloe I truly believe I could have lost the case. I was found not guilty, and I could not be happier with the outcome. Both Bradley Hayes and Chloe Fenwick are an absolute credit to Forbes Solicitors, and I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing legal representation.
