We moved to MJP Law mid-conveyance as the online conveyancers we initially went with were extremely disappointing (lesson learnt, go with local solicitors in future). From the get-go, MJP Law (Claire Lawson and Sameera Shahid) were extremely professional, communicative, knowledgable, friendly. They got our conveyance back on track, managed to drive our sellers solicitors along when at times they were dragging their heels and being less than efficient. They highlighted all the key decision points to us, kept us in the loop at all times and explained any of the technicalities in a manner we could understand.
