Residential Purchase
We were fortunate to have chosen Wellers Law to act in the purchase of a property. Paul Gillitt was on the case throughout and ensured that we completed in advance of a stamp duty increase. We were not helped by a vendor who had made little or no effort to gather essential information in advance and despite this Paul was able to secure all the relevant information for us to make an informed decision to proceed.
