Nina was amazing!

A colleague recommended Nina when I was made redundant, to help me with the settlement agreement. She was so helpful & explained the agreement to me in full, and was able to get some points amended that I wouldn't have even thought of. I'd highly recommend Wellers & Nina Francis

Will Update

It was easy dealing with Aarti and Connor. I required a new Will to and the process was fairly straightforward. It started with an initial telephone conversation to determine my requirements. I also completed a questionnaire followed by a face to face consultation to discus my requirements in more detail. I was given an estimate of the cost at this meeting. The communication was clear throughout and I received a draft of the new Will within a few days. Connor updated a few changes I requested from the draft and then set up a date to sign the Will.

Great support for settlement agreement

Nina was great in supporting me with a non-contentious settlement agreement. Nina provided a clear explain of the document and supported in amending a couple of overly penal clauses. I would highly recommend Nina.

Thank you for all your help and advice

I just wanted to thank you once again for all your help and advice recently.

From the very first phone conversation I had with you, I felt confident in your knowledge and understanding and that has not wavered throughout this process.

We as a family have felt so supported by you in an area where we had no expertise.
So thank you for all you have done behind the scenes and constantly keeping me updated as things progressed. It really has been appreciated!

Highly Recommend – Supportive, Clear, and Professional

I recently worked with Nina Francis at Wellers regarding a difficult departure from a previous employer. From the very beginning, Nina was incredibly responsive - she reviewed my briefing quickly, asked all the right questions, and arranged a call without delay.

During what was a stressful time for me, Nina struck the perfect balance of professionalism and empathy. Her advice was succinct, practical, and reassuring. She was patient with my questions, took the time to explain my options clearly, and consistently treated me with warmth and respect.

What impressed me most was her proactive approach. Even before our main call, she spotted an opportunity to ease my concerns and got in touch with advice straight away. That small gesture made a big difference and showed her dedication.

Thanks to Nina, I now feel much more confident and informed about my next steps. I’m incredibly grateful for her support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her, particularly to anyone navigating a complex employment situation.

Residential Purchase

We were fortunate to have chosen Wellers Law to act in the purchase of a property. Paul Gillitt was on the case throughout and ensured that we completed in advance of a stamp duty increase. We were not helped by a vendor who had made little or no effort to gather essential information in advance and despite this Paul was able to secure all the relevant information for us to make an informed decision to proceed.

Excellent and prompt service on my settlement agreement

I hired Nina to help me with a settlement agreement from my employer as part of a redundancy. She quickly got in touch and went through my situation. She gave me suitable advice that helped me with my negotiations. She also went through the whole document with me and helped me understand all the fine print and even recommended few changes that were in my favor. Overall I was really happy with her engagement during this whole process. We also agreed on the price before we started working.

2 weeks into the New Year I found myself facing redundancy and informed by my employer that I had to get legal advice to review the compromise agreement. Apart from buying a house I've never needed to use a solicitor before, how do you choose a solicitor?
Luckily for me a friend had a faced a similar situation before Christmas and he connected me with Nina Francis of Wellers Law Group LLP. In our initial conversation I was immediately confident that Nina was that the right solicitor to help me - professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, incredibly easy to deal with - turned out to be one of the easiest and best decisions I've made.
Throughout the process Nina in my opinion was excellent, turning a difficult personal situation into an outcome better than I thought possible. Looking back I see redundancy in a new light, it's one of the best things to happen in my career as the agreement Nina advised and negotiated has allowed me to look at wider opportunities, benefited me financially and now I am in a more fulfilling and rewarding role than at the start of 2024.
If you find yourself needing legal advice you will not go wrong with speaking to Wellers Law Group LLP.

Urgently needing a Senior Solicitor to continue a difficult claim my research flagged up Joe Reeves. I count myself very lucky to have connected with Joe. Not only did he take on my case part way through but he was supportive, tenacious and patient. Every part of the matter was dealt with speedily. I felt part of his team and that we worked well together. He was cost conscious throughout, and the resulting outcome was more than could have been hoped for. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOE!
