Luke assisted with the legals as we purchased our first home. Information was clearly communicated, whilst a couple of hurdles (at the sellers end) were dealt with in a proactive and competent manner. Would use again / recommend!

Excellent expertise and support

Nina has been fantastic at a very difficult when I was made redundant.
Nina managed the communication with my employer and ensured a fair separation agreement was drafted and signed. She acted within extremely tight deadlines and kept me informed of the process as it happened, with all the support that you would want to have at times like these. Nina came from a friend’s recommendation and in turn I shall highly recommend her services to anyone who may need them.

Will writing

I am pleased to have instructed Wellers Group of Solicitors to write my will, and not just a ‘Will Writer’.

I met with Senior Solicitor Aarti Gangaramani face to face. Aarti was approachable from the very first meeting, Aarti was friendly, professional and consistent throughout. Aarti made me aware initially of the formal requirements needed in making my will, and gave me trustworthy advice. Therefore, I was comfortable in giving the instructions as to the decisions I made in writing the contents of my will.

I would recommend Aarti at anytime because of my experience in doing business with her.

2 weeks into the New Year I found myself facing redundancy and informed by my employer that I had to get legal advice to review the compromise agreement. Apart from buying a house I've never needed to use a solicitor before, how do you choose a solicitor?
Luckily for me a friend had a faced a similar situation before Christmas and he connected me with Nina Francis of Wellers Law Group LLP. In our initial conversation I was immediately confident that Nina was that the right solicitor to help me - professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, incredibly easy to deal with - turned out to be one of the easiest and best decisions I've made.
Throughout the process Nina in my opinion was excellent, turning a difficult personal situation into an outcome better than I thought possible. Looking back I see redundancy in a new light, it's one of the best things to happen in my career as the agreement Nina advised and negotiated has allowed me to look at wider opportunities, benefited me financially and now I am in a more fulfilling and rewarding role than at the start of 2024.
If you find yourself needing legal advice you will not go wrong with speaking to Wellers Law Group LLP.

Urgently needing a Senior Solicitor to continue a difficult claim my research flagged up Joe Reeves. I count myself very lucky to have connected with Joe. Not only did he take on my case part way through but he was supportive, tenacious and patient. Every part of the matter was dealt with speedily. I felt part of his team and that we worked well together. He was cost conscious throughout, and the resulting outcome was more than could have been hoped for. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOE!
