Excellent House purchase process
We had a great experience buying our first house through BTMK and are very appreciative of all the hard work from Emily Gowers, Jade Wiseman and the team. We were kept updated throughout the process and everything was explained to us clearly, which was so important to us as first time buyers. We would definitely use BTMK again and would highly recommend their services!

Everything was done on time and with a great manner of professionalism
Emily/Jade were both great when we spoke/exchanged Emails, and I made them aware of the date of completion I was aiming for. They went above and beyond to make sure I was in a position to exchange, extend the lease simultaneity and complete on time. Emily would call/email and update me as well as the rest of the team on a regular basis,

Emily at BTMK was brilliant!
Emily helped us with the sale of our house in London and the purchase of one in Bristol. Our buyer was extremely difficult and created many issues along the way. Emily was calm, helpful and kind in all our dealings with her and we felt hugely supported throughout. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend using BTMK.

Harpenden Conveyance
Emily Gowers was efficient and responsive, identifying issues that the seller's solicitor had missed. Where needed, she provided full legal advice and was helpful throughout the process of buying a leasehold flat. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property.
