Tatiana joined Hepburn Delaney in May 2023 as an Associate Solicitor in our Family Team. She is currently on a career break. Tatiana advises clients on all aspects of family law including divorce, separation for unmarried couples, financial matters arising from the divorce/separation, Pre Nuptial Agreements and Cohabitation Agreements, children disputes including Child Arrangement Orders, Specific Issue Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders as well as domestic abuse and Injunction Proceedings. Tatiana has a particular interest in the division of pensions on divorce.     Tatiana is the best

    I used Hepburn and Delaney, Tatiana Di Tonato was my lawyer and I could not have had a better person to deal with me and my case.
