Professional, friendly and approachable!
Gail and her team were fantastic throughout my dealings with John M Lewis.
Always on hand to answer my queries.
Professional service from start to finish with a friendly and approachable team. It makes such a difference to be able to put a face to the name when I needed to go into the office and sign documents with me having issues with emails/ printing, the team were able to have paperwork ready and waiting for me to avoid delays in the sale process.

Communication
overall the aim of getting a house sold got done. We have three lawyers in the space of a few months. The communication was not the best. The final lawyer who took upthe sale was good.
To start with did not feel that they were professional, there was no real communication I was the one ringing and asking questions all the time.
