Rashid Uzzaman is a Senior Immigration Solicitor and has been advising on UK immigration matters for over 15 years. Rashid specialises in all aspects of business and personal immigration matters, including Tier 1 (Entrepreneur and Exceptional Talent Migrants), Tier 2 (General, ICT and Sportspersons), Tier 4 (Students), Tier 5 (Temporary Workers) of the Points Based System and Sponsorship Licence Applications. Since qualifying in 2015, Rashid has worked across a range of industries requiring legal help with migration to the UK, he also has experience in the following sectors:

As part of his education, Rashid studied an LL.B (Hons) degree in Law at Nottingham University and later obtained a Pg. Dip. in Legal Practice (LPC), with Distinction Grade at the Nottingham Law School. He subsequently obtained specialist immigration qualifications through the Law Society IAAS, achieving Senior Caseworker Status in June 2013 and Supervisor Status in June 2015.

Talent visa

Good Service - Great Communication

Spouse visa
I want to thank Rashid for giving me a listening ear, understood my condition and advised me to go on and apply for my spouse visa.
I want to thank Rashid senior Immigration caseworker Maye Nimah for filling my spouse visa application form from beginning to the end until my spouse got a successful response from the home office. It was easy for me to communicate with her through phone calls, WhatsApp and email. She made the application process easy for me by listing all the documents I need to send to her and she filled the forms, booked the biometric appointment and checked the progress of the application stage for me and she was there till my spouse visa was out.
