We first made contact with Leka Solicitors on 16th December 2025. We needed specialist help urgently to resolve a difficult position and found Leka through an online search. We had excellent professional assistance from all members of the team and since that date they have assisted us with various matters including Issuing of Section 21 and Section 8, discussions with mortgage lender, advice on documents for and attending a Possession Hearing and providing an excellent barrister for the latter. We were extremely pleased to report to Sashi, Razan and Anjali yesterday that our tenants left the property earlier this week, a great result in less than 12 weeks with no Court Hearing necessary in relation to the eviction of the tenants. This has also been carried out over the festive and New Year period which normally takes somewhat longer but I believe they worked through these holidays to keep up momentum. Highly recommend. Communication excellent and this firm does answer the telephone, unlike others which we have used recently! Happy to confirm any of the above via email. Thank you once again!

Huge thanks to the whole team for supporting our UK spouse visa application — especially Irishka, Razan, and Anjali. They made the process feel smooth and took away so much of the stress. The visa process can be overwhelming, and there were many times we weren’t sure what documents to provide or how to word things properly. The team prepared and organised all the documents, guided us on what was needed from our side, and checked everything carefully before submission. Every time we reached out, they got back to us promptly and explained everything clearly. They were patient, reassuring, and made sure we understood each step. They kept us updated throughout, were very organised, and their attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence. Overall, they made what could have been a stressful process much more manageable. LEKA Solicitors were extremely helpful during our chaotic time, Sashi provided good communication and she assured us with a lot of confidence, that she was able to help us due to her immense experience in these particular eviction cases. She was also very comforting and professional. Additionally, ANJALI was very efficient in scheduling our first meeting and she was very diligent, hardworking, and had superb communication skills. Moreover RAZAN (trainee solicitor) he/she was also very efficient, in particular she/ he had great communication skills and emailed us all the information needed for our case, keeping us updated. They excellently dealt with our complicated case and were very reliable. I only gave them 4 stars because LEKA Solicitors were very exorbitant which not everyone can afford during a chaotic time.LUKE GIBSON the Counsellor representing our case appointed by LEKA Solicitors was fantastic representative of our case and hence the victory was ours.
