I was referred to Kim Joseph in respect of a family court matter. Kim, from the word 'go' was friendly, professional, thorough, respectful and fun. She and her team, including Kirsty and Michelle, made our necessarily frequent contact a lot less painful than it may have been otherwise. It was an incredibly difficult time of my life regarding matters with my children and thank God that Barcan & Kirby represented my family. I was kept fully apprised of all appropriate ndetaild pertaining to the case. Kim's representation demonstrated how I needed to conduct myself in family court and I felt safe in her hands. I wouldn't HESITATE to recommend her and I will rather miss her friendly, upbeat messages.

Kim is an amazing solicitor. Not only is the firm professional in it's approach to your matters but Kim added the personal touch. I wouldn't hesitate to use Kim or the firm if needed.

Family
We could not have asked for anything more from Kim Joseph of Barcan and Kirby. She made an exceedingly difficult and unpleasant time in our lives as easy to deal with as possible and the fact that we have come out of it still smiling is entirely down to her. We cannot fault her and would recommend her without reservation.
