Commercial Property (warehouse) Lease Review

Legal Support on Agreement for Lease for a Property
Following the initial brief Cherry was quick to engage and grasp the fundamentals of the project and transaction. Throughout the transaction we felt that all matters were dealt with expeditiously but with no compromise on quality, legal protection or commercialism. We found a willingness to positively consider the 'what if' scenarios and the outcomes were personally owned meaning we had tremendous alignment and engagement throughout. On completion we received extremely useful short form reports that I would highly recommend.
