I instructed Chris Stevenson for conveyancing when selling my late father's property. Shona was allocated my case. I'd not had any previous experience with this firm, but didn't wish to use any of the solicitors I'd dealt with previously, owing to disappointing service. While I found the eCOS digital on-boarding app a little frustrating when initially supplying documentation, it got the job done without having to make trips to the solicitor's office, which was handy given that I'm based in London. Once the process was underway, communication via email and 'phone was straightforward and I was very impressed at how Shona was readily contactable, responded quickly to queries and ensured that we remained ahead of the process so as to minimise possible delays. Overall, the process was very smooth, the initial estimate for the task was accurate and all charges were reasonable and clearly broken down in the final statement.

Used Chris Stevensons Solicitors for a house sale, my ex wife recommended them! The whole process was really professionally handled from the initial compliance work (Shona) to the nitty gritty (Marzella), it all went swimmingly. No complaints at all. Communication was regular and I was kept fully upto speed on everything of importance. So impressed I'm using them for my will as well. My solicitor was Oliver who I never had dealings with directly but I'm sure he did some work as well :-)
