Kayleigh Biswas-Gregory advises on all areas of Family Law and she has extensive experience dealing with divorce, financial matters and arrangements for children on separation. She has particular expertise in complex Children Act cases, often involving allegations of domestic abuse, intractable contact disputes, relocation within or outside of England and Wales and financial provision for children. Over recent years Kayleigh has acted for parents in the High Court, including two appeals and cases involving international child abduction. Kayleigh frequently works with other agencies, such as CAFCASS Guardians, the Local Authority and police in circumstances where there are safeguarding concerns. Kayleigh also has recent experience dealing with the reciprocal enforcement of maintenance orders where one party lives overseas. Kayleigh is a Resolution accredited specialist in Children Law (private) and Complex Financial Remedies (middle/high income and assets). She is a regular contributor to the Family Law Journal. Kayleigh has been praised by her clients for her approachable manner and her pro-active methods to progress matters. She works hard to limit the conflict between parties and help her clients reach their goals in a pragmatic and cost effective way. Kayleigh advises on the law in a straightforward way, ensuring her clients understand the process and feel in control of their case throughout proceedings. Kayleigh prides herself on ensuring her client’s expectations are managed from the outset and will frequently discuss different process options with her clients to ensure that matters are resolved as efficiently as possible. Kayleigh is happy to work with other professionals, such as Family Counsellors, to achieve the best results for her clients and their families. Kayleigh joined Rayden Solicitors in August 2017 having previously trained at a large regional practice recognised by both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. She qualified into their family law team in 2015 and has practiced family law exclusively since that time. Kayleigh is based in our Harpenden office.
