I recently went to Howells with a potential case, they assisted me massively and were so professional explaining and talking me through every step that was being taken. Although we did later discover due to the issue being outside of UK jurisdiction they were unable to take on the case. They still went on to advise me on the best next steps and best practise that I should take to move the case forward, regardless of them being unable to take on the case themselves - which I thought was great service.
