Emma was very friendly and easy to talk to. Emma created a very relaxed atmosphere and answered all my questions whilst highlighting possible problems that had not occurred to me. I found it reassuring that Emma said I could make follow up appointments about this subject or anything else if necessary.

Wills, Trusts and Probate
My wife and I recently used Tozer's to re-write our wills. This matter was dealt with by Sophie-Dominique Waddie and we could not have been more pleased with the service we received. Sophie-Dominique was delightful. She answered all our questions in a professional yet friendly manner and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of her subject.
This was our first contact with Tozer's and we would not hesitate to use them again.

Completing a Will
I was recommended the firm of Tozers in Exeter from a friend and they have exceeded all expectations. From the onset of making the initial phone call, to the first meeting and final completion of the Will, I encountered a team of warm and respectful professionals. clear and friendly with prompt service
Emma is a good listener and careful to check her interpretation of our instructions we found her straight forward and she gave us time to understand the law. We did not feel at all pressured. She was self confident without a trace of pomposity.
