Sally Reeve and her team were absolutely brilliant on our recent lease extension. They replied promptly to all emails and telephone calls offering us guidance and support throughout the whole process and clearly explained points we were unclear on or had queries with. The whole team worked patiently with our freeholders solicitors to reach resolutions agreeable to all parties and acted in a professional manner at all times. Sally in particular worked tirelessly and calmly without any complaints on what was rather a difficult and protracted process. This is the second time WHSS in Chislehurst have acted on our behalf, the first time for a house purchase, and, we would not hesitate to use them again.
