2 and half years to say no case
i caught covid 4th jan 2021 and sought howe & co to seek compensation for me from my employer as i have been left disabled with long covid. despite me giving them comprehensive instructions over 2 and a half years ago which they used to evaluate my claim as being valid, today they have emailed me to say they are dropping my case. the email explaining why is full of errors and the state reasons why my claim may be unsuccessful that aren't correct. its disappointing as they don't seem to have even grasped a lot of what i told them. When you first contact them they seem interested but as time goes by you hear nothing for months on end. I rang dozens of times and emailed and eventually would get a response. The other party didnt even acknowledge the claim !! Now they just giving up on it. Also how can it take 2 years plus to make a decision?
