Abysmal
Absolutely abysmal service.
We used pgs law to complete the purchase of a cash sale of a flat. The sale was straight forward with no searches yet took months. They were hard to contact, made significant errors on legal documents and legal transactions regarding the property were missed, only being discovered by myself when organising correspondence etc.
Shoddy approach also led to a property sale falling through a few months prior to this.
Would not recommend.
