I cannot recommend Caroline Lee highly enough. I recently needed her help with an employment issue, and once again she went above and beyond. Caroline was incredibly professional, understanding and reassuring throughout. She answered calls and emails outside of normal working hours, and took on my role in dealing directly with ACAS, which made what was a difficult situation so much easier for me to manage. Her communication was excellent, and she was always polite, patient and genuinely understanding of what I was going through. I think if I had tried to do this without her I'd probably would have had a coronary! I first used Caroline’s services around 15 years ago. I was so pleased when, all these years later, she answered the same number I had kept in my phone for all that time! The fact that Caroline has continued practising successfully for so many years is a real testament to her knowledge, dedication and professionalism.
