Shannan began his legal career back in 2016, attending Manchester Metropolitan University, graduating in 2020 having completed a 4-year degree in LLB and Legal Practice, obtaining level 6 qualifications in Criminal Litigation and Company and Partnership Law. He since became member of CILEx in 2021 and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive and Fellow in May 2022. Ongoing qualifications include both the Legal Practitioners Course and LLM, with a view to be dually qualified with both CILEx and the SRA in 2023, along with holding a master’s in law with a specialist focus on sporting and regulatory matters. My experience with shannan as my solicitor
Shannan is a credit to your firm . On a personal note he guided us through a difficult and stressful situation with care and dignity which I have not experienced with other companies. Matrimonial debt

Very impressed
I recently had a video conversation with Shannan Sutton which I found amazing. Didn’t even have to leave the house, which for me is a big plus, as I am disabled and living in Spain, but needed a British Solicitor to assist with my problem. Communicating with Shannan was a pleasure; I found him to be professional, friendly, easy to understand and he gave me good advice. Wish all solicitors were the same as Shannan! I can’t recommend this Solicitor and Tinsdills highly enough.

Meeting about possession proceedings

Boundary issues .
I’m really happy with how sensitively Shannon Sutton dealt with my concerns over boundary issues.
Shannan was to the point and did not use legal jargon to inflame the situation. My only, if any criticism being that a letter was sent by first class post and not recorded delivery ( proof neighbour had received )
I have every confidence in this firm and absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to use them should the need arise!
I gave 5 stars because I was listened to and given the right advice without feeling fleeced!

Dispute resolved
I had a difficult commercial Tenant who was withholding rent giving spurious reasons.
Despite my best efforts to resolve the matter I was making no progress
Paul took over the dialogue and managed to get the Tenant to accept that the excuses would not prevent payment needing to be made. All Arrears were paid without having to resort to the courts. A very satisfying conclusion

Great advice and nice person to deal with
It was nice to meet Shannan who was very helpful and understanding although we did not have a dispute at the moment. I found it difficult to explain to the person who originally answered my call as I had been used to dealing with a named person at Charltons Solicitors for twenty years and never had to discuss with the receptionist the reason for my call. However I would like to use Shannon again if the need arises.
