Clear and consistent

Becky and the Tinsdills team, we’re always clear and consistent in what I should expect and how I could maximise both my experience with them as well as my investment financially. Their care for me and understanding of my situation was always paramount. Becky and Helen treated me like a person first and foremost, and put my needs first before the context and perspectives of my case. I will be forever grateful for their tireless work in keeping my children safe. Thank you

Efficient and understanding.

An amazing firm with even more amazing staff. Becky could not have made the process any easier for me and was not invasive at all. Maintaining professionalism whilst being understanding/welcoming is a quality I highly appreciated.

Claim for a fall

I tripped on a hole on a pavement walking to town. I injured both wrists face and knees quite badly. My son persuaded me to contact a no win no fee solicitor but I thought it would be too much hassle as I was feeling poorly..so glad I made the phone call to Tinsdills. From the first phone call I felt really reassured that they would handle everything and I had no need to worry. That is exactly what they did.they kept me in touch with every step in a very kindly manner and nothing felt to small or trivial. I can't recommend Megan highly enough and anyone else I spoke to about any concerns I had about the case..

We attended without any real thoughts what we wanted, but were guided through all options and were given best advice for our needs without any pressure. We were given time to think things through and were grateful for the understanding and patience shown. We were there to change our Wills and put LPA's in place

Good service, didn't wait long for an appointment, kept well informed. Lots of parking close by. They do have their own car park if you can get on it.

I contacted Tinsdills initially, because I required help with an issue that had arisen. The issue has however resolved itself. I would recommend Tinsdills to anyone requiring legal help as their compassion, kindness, friendliness, willingness to help and professionalism, was definitely something that is a rare commodity these days. They were so kind, and should I have any reason to require legal help in the future, I can categorically state, that I would have no hesitation in contacting Tinsdills. The way they dealt with me was definitely a reason for returning. I cannot thank them enough for being there during, what was, a very trying time.
