Everything was dealt with

Everything was dealt with. We were all in different parts of the country, and it was a complicated estate to untangle. It took nearly 2 years for all to be completed as many thing were out of our and her hands and had to be waited upon.
Rachel was available to answer our concerns, and provided advice when asked. We were in good hands and confident at all times that things were being properly looked after.
I can recommend Rachel as a superb solicitor.

Rachel has handled my late cousin's estate, after he died intestate. I found Rachel very professional, easy to deal with, communication was mainly by email after an initial zoom call; she provided clear and honest advice throughout. There were inevitable delays with obtaining probate and selling his house but Rachel kept us informed about dealings with HMRC. When the final accounts were received, I found these were accurate and the fees charged were fair and reasonable and less that I was expecting. I would be happy to recommend Rachel's services and of her team.

Our firm has been practising in the local area in one guise or another for nearly 350 years! We have grown over the years through a combination of organic growth, merger and acquisition including names such as Tinsdill, Hollinshead & Moody in Tunstall, Sproston Slaney & Swann in Newcastle, Challinor & Shaw in Leek and N A Whieldon & Co in Sandbach. In 1991 it all came together under the name of THM Tinsdills and in 1999 we became Tinsdills Solicitors. Today we are one of the area’s most experienced and knowledgeable law firms with offices in Hanley, Leek, Newcastle-under-Lyme and Sandbach.
