A difficult few years made bearable
Without going in detail, my recent divorce was an lengthy process (>2 years), made very difficult by the other party being incredibly awkward, unreasonable and irrational.
During this stressful time, Helen was excellent in steering things towards a solution and not getting embroiled in arguments which would serve no purpose other than to cost more money.
Helen, is very understanding, empathetic and professional at all times.
Hopefully I will not need her services again, however I would recommend to others.

What an amazing Solicitor
I have been going through a divorce and was recommended Tinsdills. This has been an ongoing divorce and financial advice with 2 court appointments. I have to say Helen Jackson is one of the best solicitors I have ever used and had the pleasure of dealing with.
Her advice has been of the highest level and after a very hard and tough 15 months has of today I understood why I have put my faith in this wonderful woman.
Her professionalism is second to none and believe me when I say this woman is as cool has a cucumber nothing seems to phase her.
Highly recommend her services and I must thank you for your advice you have given to me over the past 14 months.
Without you Helen I would have never of thought it possible to protect my pensions, assets and come away with the percentage that was most acceptable in the financial order you secured for me in court.

Divorce Legal Support
Helen Jackson has done an amazing job for me, getting the final result that I needed.
It took 3 years to get to the final divorce hearing and Helen and her team were there to support me, fighting my battles all the way with the Respondent who was playing games, spiteful and generally uncooperative.
If you need a good, solid brief, do not hesitate to use Helen!!

Child care arrangements
Helen was my solicitor for over 7 years through a very difficult abusive divorce and child arrangements proceedings. I have so much to thank her for and am so grateful it is hard to even put it into words. She remained my confident, and firm support throughout. She guided me in making decisions, gathering evidence, writing statements, and finding outside support services. Ultimately through her knowledge, hard work and professionalism and guidance to the right barrister, was able to get the results that my children and I so deserved. Clear and helpful
I was looking for advice regarding separating from my husband of nearly 40 years. Helen explained the financial situation I would be left in and the difference between being separated and divorced. She also talked about mediation which can help with resolving any issues including financial ones. I really appreciated her pragmatic style.

What a difference a good solicitor makes
I was in legal proceedings for over 3 years, before this I had very limited experience with solicitors so didn’t know how to ‘spot’ a good one or what to expect. Helen was the third and thankful last solicitor involved in my case and she showed me what a good solicitor looks like. I told her my story once, not a million times like the pervious ones, she got my position strange away and understood what I needed, I didn’t have to keep amending statements due to errors.
She was completely on the ball and in control. I felt fully informed and never felt like I was needed to chance her.
I knew upfront about a costs and what would happen next.
Thankfully down to Helen and her team the right decision was made at the final hearing, allowing me and my children to look forward to a happy and safe future.
I can’t thank Helen enough for the legal representation she gave me and I would recommend her and her firm to anyone.
