From the first time I met Ellesse Wilson I felt at ease. Ellesse was recommended to myself because of her expertise. Any questions I had were answered in person or by email. Not a simple sale as a leasehold apartment and being sold under our POA on behalf of our mother to fund care.
Although one buyer pulled out (ground rent and service charge concerns) once a further offer had been received the whole process went smoothly.

Rachel was excellent from the start. She is welcoming & down to earth, not like some stuffy & overly formal solicitors that I've experienced in the past. She was empathetic when dealing with my last father's estate & clearly outlined each step as she progressed with the probate application.
Rachel has also guided my Mum through making a new will & obtaining a new revised copy of the property deeds. Has brought all necessary actions to a successful final conclusion.
Would not hesitate to recommend Rachel.
