Not a simple sale as a leasehold apartment and being sold under our POA on behalf of our mother to fund care.
Although one buyer pulled out (ground rent and service charge concerns) once a further offer had been received the whole process went smoothly.

On this occasion, Megan assisted me with an amicable settlement agreement, she walked me through the agreement explaining various clauses and ensuring I understood and was comfortable with relevant items. After submitting our conveyancing quote request, the lady who contacted us stated that they only work with buyers possessing a UK passport or driving licence, without offering an explanation. This policy seems discriminatory, especially considering the millions of expats in the UK who lack these documents. Fortunately, numerous solicitors are willing to assist expats, ensuring fair access to legal services.

I have been going through a divorce and was recommended Tinsdills. This has been an ongoing divorce and financial advice with 2 court appointments. I have to say Helen Jackson is one of the best solicitors I have ever used and had the pleasure of dealing with.
Her advice has been of the highest level and after a very hard and tough 15 months has of today I understood why I have put my faith in this wonderful woman.
Her professionalism is second to none and believe me when I say this woman is as cool has a cucumber nothing seems to phase her.
Highly recommend her services and I must thank you for your advice you have given to me over the past 14 months.
Without you Helen I would have never of thought it possible to protect my pensions, assets and come away with the percentage that was most acceptable in the financial order you secured for me in court.
