Couldn’t recommend Kate more!
Kate was recommended to me by a family member as it was my first time renting a commercial unit. Kate helped me to understand the process from start to end and even though it wasn’t straight forward due to issues out of our control Kate kept me informed the entire way through & was a familiar, kind & calm voice of reason when I was feeling frustrated. My first experience with a compassionate & caring solicitor & now I wouldn’t use anyone else. Thank you Kate!

Auction Pack…
We approached Kate because we had viewed a comprehensive auction legal pack that she had previously prepared for a client. The whole process was dealt with seamlessly, including representation at the auction. We even received funds two weeks early from the sale which is a first! We’ve used Kates services twice since then and will continue to do so…

House Sale and Land Register
A somewhat complicated piece of work to ourselves was handled efficiently and professionally by Kate.
At all times Kate kept us informed and explained all matters to us. Any queries were dealt with quickly either by email, telephone or in person.

Purchase of Lake and Woodland
Thanks you to Kate for completing on our rw ent purchase of a lake and woodland.
We had a tight deadline and there were issues thrown in the mix regarding the title deeds but Kate guided us through it with professional help to complete on time.
This is the second purchase in 5 year's that Kate as helped us with.
Hopefully, in the future there will be a 3rd.

Excellent service
It is very rare for me to give a review for excellent service but Kate Wilson is without doubt the best solicitor I have come across. I have been fortunate enough to have purchased a few buy to let properties so have dealt with several solicitors. The service given by Kate was exemplary. Her attention to detail, friendly and always quick to reply approach coupled with clear explanations of each stage mean I would highly recommend Kate. If we are lucky enough to buy another property I know I have found the solicitor I would use again and again. Thank you Kate!
