Review of issue with neighbour
The experience was great because James provided not just a thorough legal analysis of the situation, but also was committed to driving a pragmatic solution based on a good sense of "commercial reality", thereby saving unnecessary court costs and the issue dragging on for many months - instead we closed the matter with my neighbours in an amicable way, with all parties happy, and in a much shorter time period than would otherwise been the case. A job well done.

Consultation on a challenge to a will
