Exceptional service from Sam and Lee-Anne
Sam and Lee-Anne did an exceptional job with the process of our flat sale and house purchase. Unfortunately our sale became difficult and fell through 2 times before finally completing on the 3rd time. Both Sam and Lee-Anne did everything they could to assist with the sale eventually going through on the 3rd time and were more than happy to keep our files on hold until we could find our 3rd buyer. I cannot recommend them enough and I will recommend them to anyone else who I know who will be moving in the near future. They kept us in the loop with everything from start to finish and their communication and timely responses with us was phenomenal.

Management of sale
I cannot recommend Mogers Drewett enough - with a soecial thanks to Samantha, Lee-Anne and the the team!
We had a fickle chain and the team at MD were absolutely brilliant in their handling, communication and ensuring our needs were a priority through the process. I will be recommending to all, and returning should I need legal again!

We had a good relationship throughout the whole process and was promptly informed at every stage .
There was a few hitches along the way from the other side but they did everything possible to get the deal done . I would highly recommend these brilliant woman if you want to put your affairs in very safe hands

Equity Release Conveyancing
